Digital thermometers are handy in the kitchen to measure the temperature of liquids while they are cooking.
Ideal for sugar, meringue, nougat, toffee and other stove top cooking applications.
Temperature range -50°C to 300°C.
Instructions:1. Press the ON/OFF button to activate the Appetito Digital Instant Read Thermometer.
2. Press the second button to choose F° or C° reading options.
3. Insert probe into food or liquid. Try to position the probe as deep as possible to the middle of the food/liquid, and within seconds it tells you the exact temperature inside.
4. Press the ON/OFF button to turn off the thermometer.

Do not put into a hot oven or microwave.
