Over the Top White Fondant Icing is reliable for covering cakes, cupcakes and cookies.
The icing should be kneaded lightly before rolling out to the desired size and thickness. Can be coloured with water based colouring and is the perfect consistency for making decorative roses, flowers and sugar animals with the addition of tylose.
Gluten and Hydrogenated Fat Free with a vanilla flavour.
